Thank you to everyone who came out to support the return of the Ukrainian village for the 50th anniversary of Carrousel of the Nations. This is an award-winning multicultural festival celebrating diversity in Windsor-Essex since 1974. It is proudly founded and organized by the Multicultural Council of Windsor and Essex County.
