We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a Ukrainian village for the 50th anniversary of Carrousel of the Nations. This is an award-winning multicultural festival celebrating diversity in Windsor-Essex since 1974. It is proudly founded and organized by the Multicultural Council of Windsor and Essex County.
